That looks like it should be helpful, but I'm not sure which of all those programs I should download, or if I should get them ALL? I doubt all of them apply to my problem. I have a new situation now. Apparently during all this experience I have inadvertently agreed to install the ASK toolbar. Now, no matter what I do I can't get rid of the damn thing. I've tried the control panel uninstall as well as the Ask Toolbar option to uninstall. The uninstaller starts, but runs forever, never completing the task. With this new computer I have been determined NOT to load it up with a bunch of crap I don't need. This ASK toolbar definitely fits under that description. No wonder by the end of each day I NEED a stiff drink!!!
