Anyer, Yes, your are right. There is a descrepancy there. The filing says 20 and Bossey says 15 days. I'll go with the filing. Anyway, you would want to convert or sell your warrants before the company have a chance to call them, otherwise you lose. Actually, the company can call them after 35 days (20+15 days). Provided the stock traded above 8 for 20 days. I agree if the the rumor is true we have at a minimum $15.00 stock right away. However, I don't think Bossey considered that (one BIL) yet in his conservative prediction or short term target of $10.00. This is still the old number (very conservative) that he uses. He didn't adjust it. Once we have a clearer idea on what WaveTech Analysis has (it may be a lot larger estimate) and what the JV agreement is going to be liked, I'm sure he'll adjust that. Also, 15% recovery rate is very conservative. Let's see what Qdoq has to say. regards, sycamore
