I think I poster this before, but there is little room for iterative discussion in the SPA process. The FDA does not have to spend time explaining a 'no' decision, all responsibility is on PVCT. The company is clearly signaling, publicly, for the first time that they have some concerns. Since potential pharma partners will be most interested in how a PIII trial design will 'translated' into an indication for use, this is a critical step for PVCT. biopharmphysicians.com
