Sold some TAYD today. Put proceeds into CR-New buy on todays downfall. Earnings were below expectations, but I like the long term prospects and current dividend. I also believe this company has moderate speculative appeal (6). The company is usually the hunter, but with the recent restructuring out of the way. I believe a company could attract interest in due time. RE: Just like United Technologies buying Goodrich only on a smaller scale
