Opinion: It seems to me we ought to be able to recommend our own posts. After all, who more than me would like for you to read every post I submit. Do I dislike any of my posts, of course not, I think they are all recommendable and I should be able to stand behind that opinion by rec'ing them. It seems to be to be a necessary thing these days to do. After all people can 'like' there own submissions on facebook can't they. That proves SI is behind the times. I also think I should start posting my status's here throughout the day. So, when I finish coffee I'm going to the bathroom to see if there is a zit to fix or a callous to remove or something then... well I'll have to get back to you it looks like my BFF is IMing me.
