It's weird that judges would find something in the Alaskan constitution okaying a certain number of grams of marijuana. That makes me roll my eyes. Must be one of those "penumbras". Everyone knows there's not really anything about grams of marijuana in their constitution. --- “At the present time, the evidence to suggest an involvement of cannabis in road crashes is scientifically unproven. Pro-legalization sites with stuff like this convince me they'll be working to protect users, effectively making it a civil right. Like gay rights turned into a cause to keep church organizations from sponsoring adoptions etc. Like abortion legalization turned into a right to make churches pay for abortifcants for their employees.
