That's not a rebuttal, that's a fantasy. In fact, when this was all taking place, well before you belatedly got your panties in a wad about a year ago, the Fed, Treasury and Obama admin discussed nationalizing the banks, which would be a perquisite to restructuring. And rejected it as hopelessly complex and dangerous.

Now I know MM knows more than those folks 'cause he reads conspiracy blogs, so I guess I should just shut up now.
