Sad tragedy is when I was much younger I bought a home because we had saved our 20 %.

Too bad rates were high and we werte just going into a recession.

Of course GM moved me and I lost almost all of our down payment.

For young kids who are emplyed and saving - this is a generational tiome to buy as much house as you can afford.

This should be the theme of R.E. articles.

Sad DOOM and GLOOM makes better reading than good advice.
