Trading at all these days is enough to make many sick. I've learned to just go with discipline where I can and not focus too much on hindsight. Otherwise, you'll jump off a bridge. That's the way the game works. I shoot for a lot of base hits and cheer the home runs enthusiastically.

As for Div stocks ... I have GE, VZ, ETP, NLY, BMY, MSFT, INTC, QCOM and CTL.
