Dermot, aside from SEC regulations, a lot of companies have their own internal policies--be you a VP or a janitor. Dan isn't merely posting fact, he's touting his company's stock which is generally a big No-No. Like I said, he needs to be sure he's aware of the situation because both the SEC and companies have zero tolerance for even the most minor infractions.
