They are not turnarounds just because the stock gets crushed

RF is one of the most mediocre banks out there. Large in place BOD with a revolving door in the CFO slot and although a new CEO. he was hand picked by the failed Dowd Ritter.

RF has massively diluted the share count. and it was badly needed capital however Ritter claimed TARP/CPP wasnt fair and they didnt need the funds initially. That could not have been more wrong. RF underwriting was terrible just like Novs.
Now as some growth has returned to banking, RF still underperforms
I view management at both as weak and just dont want to invest alongside them
