I'm not buying RBS Preferreds RBS-E, RBS-G, and RBS-I. (Non-cumulative) - YET

These were good ADRs to buy a few years (I scooped some up around $3/share and rode them up to over $12/share. But in 2009 or 2010, RBS announced that dividends would stop in 2011 for Two years.

I'm wondering if the dividends will actually restart next year. With RBS still posting a loss for 2011 - something like 1.8 p/share, I'm kinda doubting that buying these yet will be worth buying yet but I will be watching the RBS financials.
