Re: Investigating Financial Crimes

As I'm sure some of you know, in addition to being an investor and a businessman, I'm also a licensed private investigator who has permissable reason and purpose to investigate financial crimes on behalf of myself or on behalf of others.

For the record I've owed Inquisitor Invstigations (VA Department of Criminal Justice Services #11-2079) for over 15 years, and while it has been used mostly to locate assets, it also locates individuals who have skipped out on their obligations, and has done a variety of other types of investigations.

It wasn't until I invested in Novastar Financial in 2007 that I discovered just how pervasive financial crimes are.
I've discovered that both the FBI and the SEC pretty much stay busy 24/7 investigating alleged crimes involving fraud and stock market manipulaton.

Note that I said alleged crimes because there are times that companies and individuals sometimes with an agenda involving illegal activity like short and distort which is the opposite of pump and dump use turmped up charges, accusations, allegations and isninuations to support their agenda.

Its this sort of crime that I believe is still surrounding trading in Novastar Financial, and I want anyone and everyone that has an interest here to know about it.

I'm all for using this forum as a mock courtroom to help investors determine who the real criminals are here, and I'll start by sharing the results of the following shareholder lawsuit against Novastar that was "Dismissed with Prejudice" where Judge Ortie Smith stated that "Companies are not expected to be clairvoyant and bad decissions do not constitute fraud"....Here is an overview of the dismissal;

What I refer to as msicreant posters here are still insinuating that Novastar was and still is a fraudulent company, and I take strong offense to their accusations just like I take strong offense to their 24/7 attacks on me by falsely accusing me of running a pump and dump scam among other false accusations and allegations.

Stay tuned...theres more to come.....much more.
