Wasnt Novs a one Billion Market cap in 2007 trading at a huge premium to inflated tangible book ? Anyone who invested in the business plan then got it terribly WRONG. TBV was inflated due to the shoddy aggressive accounting practices My view is that Novs is insolvent. That is NOT a turnaround.
