Novastar made mistakes but so did the SEC. NSS FTDs are still pretty high although not at high as in 2007.

I have looked at FTD data and I gave a excel generated graph to my congressman in 2007 when he bought me lunch at the Capitol.

You can't find enough witches to boil if you want to blame the economic crash on anybody; worse yet - you'll never find a pot of water big enough.

Even the lawyers litigating many of the fraud cases are more concerned about their Starbucks Coffee than they are about grinding numbers and proving their case instead of having them "Dismissed with Prejudice"

NOVS wasn't the underwriter of their mortgages - even the NJ Carpenters Health Fund pleadings state all this.

Even Fannie and Freddie were out of control.

The solution: get a small pot of water and blame it all on Novastar.
