Covenent aka Infringer aka W.....Definition of Insolvency and more

The following are definitions of insolvency:

investopedia.com

and

en.wikipedia.org

The prevailing definition in the case of Novastar would be their "inability to pay their debts or obligations"
Fortunately Novastar has proven that they can meet their obligations, thus their reason for NOT having to file for Bankruptcy protection.

For poster Covenent aka Infringer aka W to say that Novastar in as much states in their 10K (annual report) that they are insolvent is pure unadulterated hogwash. To say that Novastar is insolvent is like saying that anyone who has a mortgage on their home, and can't pay it off in full today is insolvent.

Now I'm off to my workout, but trust me I will return to defend Novastar and my investment here against the 24/7 vicious attacks by miscreants who are determined to cause harm.
