Mr. Rodriguez explained to me today that he had a multi-year lease, which will take him out to 2000. He also said he had a first right of refusal, and a purchase option. The document is signed by Breton. Could RMIL buy him out? Sure, I suppose. Anything's negotiable. But he didn't see any clause that said he could be removed. Could get costly, particularly since it was announced right here that it would happen right after the 10 million came in. I'm sure Rodriguez is a good enough businessman to understand the implcations of this. This guy has nothing to do with RMIL. I don't believe he has any reason to lie about it.
