I've been a long investor in NOVS since 2004 and have never sold a share. As an investor most of the longs have been to hell & back given the macro market manipulation* and specific shenanigans on NOVS (Oct 07 over 20% of NOVS stock traded in one dumped trade with no documentation). It is clear by now NOVS was victim to Naked Short Selling or counterfeiting of their stock in breach of SEC ACT of 1934 sec 17A under SEC illegal REG SHO loop hole. Dr. Patrick Byrne of OSTK was paid $5M judgment by some for the same tactics the same investors used against NOVS, see www.deepcapture.com, so it os obvious to me that NOVS was targeted and is still being target for whatever reason. Posters that insult are frustrated by the truth. They are not here for short profit, given the great news we have witnessed over the last year including; NOVS bond remittance report for month of April, excellent new executive hires and new office space being leased from Tampa, FLA to Indianpolis, IN and Milwaukee, WI, the CEO Proxy Letter mailed last week for annual shareholder meeting see 8K and last summer's restructuring plan (approved by Common, Preferred Shareholders and Debt Holders, (only long term debt is 1% nominal rate till Jan 1, 2016 and then a very reasonable rate thereafter which does not mature till 2035) which rearranged or realigned NOVS balance sheet to execute on their future business plans. These very sophisticated investors GAVE the highest form of approval for NOVS future business plans and included; Mass Mutual their sub Babson Capital, Jefferies, Fortress, RAS, (Betsy Cohen, CEO of RAS is also CEO of TBBK NOVS subs Adventtax.com Bank Partner )
These people appear smart and in theory with no interest in NOVS should be spending their time somewhere else, but have an agenda to cause pain to investors of NOVS. I want everyone to be aware Rooky is a real investor and has done nothing but share his hard earned due diligence good or bad with this and other investor message boards. Beware of these agendas. |
