Bill O'Reilly and his co-worker, the woman in question, were both required to keep their lips buttoned as a condition of the settlement of a sexual harassment lawsuit of a few years ago.

My assumption is that Fox or their insurance company funded the settlement and paid the woman off.

In addition to his arrogance with guests it's one of the things that I've held against O'Reilly for many years because I believe that in this particular case the suit had merit.
