It was like adding gas to the fire. And the following DOES NOT constitute fraud as poster bankbuyer would like for you to believe; "terrible underwriting" "claiming to be a subprime expert" "53M Negative Book Value"....due to be wiped out soon by the NOL/DTA's "89M Senior Debt" ....that isn't due until 2035, but Novastar pays "interest only" of just 1% thru 2015. On the other hand behavior like this does constitute FRAUD, Defamation False Accusations Cyberstalking Harassment Distortion and the list goes on
