RE: More on aiding and abetting Now that poster bankbuyer has acknowledged criminal behavior regarding a 2M share illegal trade in Novastar, I wonder if "throwing things over the wall" to the SEC like Marc Cohodes claimed to be doing and constant stalking, harassment, defamation, false accusations and allegations by a rogue group of message board miscreants might be considered FRAUD??? Anyone ever notice a poster on the Yahoo message board who's been insinuating, defaming and accusing me personally of illegal activity 24/7? Anyone ever seen him reference my address 2012 Blueberry Rd or refer to my wife Pat in an attempt to intimidate or bully me and stop me from posting my true and honest feelings about Novastar? Anyone think this kind of behavior is right or even legal??? Rich aka Rooky
