Annual meeting tomorrow. 9:26AM Art's-Way Manufacturing signs letter of intent to purchase Universal Harvester Co. ( ARTW) 6.67 : Based in Ames, Iowa, Universal Harvester Co., Inc., is in the business of fabrication of reels for combines. The transaction is pending final agreement with closing expected during May 2012.
