Emerging markets have something we do not.

Wage inflation.

They are working hard making cheap products for us at declining profit margins.

We on the other hand have high unemployment.

The world meanwhile continues to build excess capacity.

No inflation in the US as comodities decline and Dollar gets stronger as emerging countries also add liquidity and race to the zero mark on their currencies.
