Heard a marine biologist tell a story the other day. People in Sausalito kept complaining about a strange noise. CIty called the military, they denied they were doing anything. Hired consultants, they couldn't discover anything. Finally they asked a marine biologist. He told them it was the mating call of a certain kind of fish.

Said a lot of Sausalitoans still believe it's the military screwing with them.
