Time management is easy- I multi--task

The 2nd home I bought is just another project. About 3 weeks left in the small remodel and floor plan change we are doing. Zillow says it's worth 27% more than I paid for it in February.

I dont work for a living. My investments pay for my living. I could give you a strategy but it would be far from what it appears you are doing.

I suggest someone ask the SG+A questions for you.
