Well, it still can be, they really had no choice, they owed creditors, and there just wasn't any more cash for day to day operations of just hanging in there waiting for POS to recover. The board member who walked away earlier this year had been financing things himself. The upside to this merger is the better equipment and enhanced operations capabilities, I think they still have a chance, maybe not to see $45 again, but if you are right and silver is on the way to $12, then this is at least a $5 stock, don't you think?
