I have the good fortune to be able to work from a home office, although sharp posters will also recognize blocks of time when I do not post; related to national/international travel.

Actually, I was quite intrigued by early reports of a possible spleen transfer effect in pre-clinical models (which would have been an interesting MOA piece of information) and had cautiously positive comments on the recent Moffitt spleen data.
Fleeting points of positive light for the company, the rest of the company performance speaks for itself

Delays are not failures, but they are costly.....Using Mammons example PVCT has cash to fund current operations through 2013...counting backward for a revised PV-10 application in Nov 2013 (last possible date before projected zero cash) and assuming first application is in May 2012, the company has 18 working months to get this right...Review > feedback > resubmit > re-review > feedback > resubmit.

What we know about PVCT timelines:

- Full 80 pt MM data presented in public Nov 2010

- First end of PII meeting in April 2010, second is in March 2011, Jan 2012 FDA declines further meetings (about 1 year per FDA feedback cycle)

- May 1 2012 submission would be 19+ months since the PII data has been available, 14 months since the last FDA meeting. Mid June 2012 feedback >>> resubmit ????

PVCT has never been known for speed or timeline management (the 2010 ASCO poster indicated the company planned to have PIII underway in 2011, we are still waiting for the proposed PIIB MOA trial to start...ooppss) Timelines are getting tight without additional $ in the bank...Doubt Lincoln Park will step forward, they have been shopping for partners through TruPoints since July 2010 but nothing to date. Anyone looking to pen a term deal will have seen the funding history and likely will be very careful to stipulate how their money is used.
