It just smells "Personally I couldn't be happier to see how my investment in Novastar Financial is playing out for me. When I first started accumulating my position here I stated that I wasn't here for the dividend, but rather for the potential that Novastar had as a subprime mortgage lender in the future. I already knew that subprime lending "done right" would ALWAYS be a part of our credit markets and the fact that Novastar is now positioned to become a major player again"
