Bankbuyer* They issued 16 shares for each share of pfd which extinished seveal million due for dividends & also any future debt. It as a win win for the company & for the share holders. The key to the whole reorg is that they also reset the debt & its cost is so low that it is almost equity. Also the loan portfolio has even surpassed my expectations & has allowed NovaSTAR a great deal of capital for use in its Growth plan. this company is doing a super job in its turn around. Caveat Venitor Kirby
