D Teague: You bring up a point I've been asking around on. I haven't been able to find any clear answer on what type of government-run lottery is already in place in V. Is there a paper lottery already in place? If so, what are the numbers? Seems this could tell us something. I've been asking here and at BOBz with no response. If a lottery already exists, what impact can we expect from VLT's (other than the predictions set forth by Noram). I understand that V recently legalized gambling and authorized the lottery, but when did the lottery begin? I have not found any evidence that it has started. Does anyone have a handle on this?
