Inode, it's already started:

Judge Declares State Worker Drug Testing Order Unconstitutional

nbcmiami.com

The judge apparently builds a huge wall between the service a public worker provides to citizens and his or her possible drug use, even declaring said drug use as covered under "privacy in his or her bodily functions and fluids."

Cause you know, some state worker can be on the job, completely high on meth or pot, yet to the people he or she serves, it's none of their damn business.

Welcome to the future of legalization. Drugs are not only legal, it's a God-given right.
