this is a very thoughtful way to think about things.

taking the other side though, the possible turnarund, perhaps the problem is 'why would anyone want to buy anything at RSH' is a question few possible customers have an answer to, and they need to do some marketing so that potential customers do have an answer for that. i believe they have recently hired a new ad agency (but maybe i am mixing them up with someone else).

so maybe that is the catalyst, assuming it comes? IF they can provide a credible answer to the question you pose, THAT would be the time to buy?
