re OMG - stock looks cheap but after the Vacuumschmelze acquisition, they now carry a fair amount of debt. I believe they overpaid for the Vacuumschmelze (which is a fine business and well know in it's field) by paying 700M Euros. It is strange that all the stocks in my "Material" list seem to have issues - CLF, NEM, OMG, MTRN , the agricultural types like MOS, POT, BG and to a lesser extend ADM... Most of them are at the beginning of supply chains so they get whipped around more when growth assumptions change. So, maybe this is an indication of slowing manufacturing growth.
