Could Covenent, Batman, Bankbuyer and other miscreants be this stupid???
Even Batman acknowledged that Marion Polk aka Paul Fluto had purchased 6,500 shares of Novastar preferred for around $2 a share, and from my observation Batman was probably correct.
Covenent and Bankbuyer and most other miscreants are very aware of this, to include wavb aka Grahamcracker who also follows Novastar and Marion Polk to the extent that he even complimented Marion Polk for his wise purchase of NOVSP.
Following me so far??? One only need to see that Marion Polk recieved 16 shares of NOVS common for every share of NOVSP preferred. And at .67 a share where NOVS closed today, Marions 6,500 shares of preferred that he paid $2 for are now worth the equivalent of $10.72, and that doesn't include the approximate .25 a share in cash that he received.
Now if you followed that, there are many posts that I can reference where I claimed to own equal dollar amounts of preferred and common prior to the conversion at an "average" cost of $1.50 a share. That shouldn't be hard for anyone to fathom, since I didn't buy my first preferred share until it was trading for 3.25, and I chased it all the way down to .50 where I purchased 3,000 shares for one of my wifes IRA's, I believe it was back in December of 2009?
Bankbuyer, Infringer, tnl, batman, wavb aka grahamcracker and others can crow all they want about NOVS common going from 280 to .30 while everyone claims to have made money, but I can assure you they are NOT
SO STUPID as to think that some investors haven't turned the corner to profitability with their positions, and in some instances and I will just refer to Marion Polk for one, have a 500% gain so far.
To say I'm not concerned about what I consider to be criminal miscreants who still have Novastar and investors like me in their sights 24/7 would be a lie. They're PREDITORS and they're LIARS. Attorneys from Milberg Weiss, and shorts like Amr Elgindy and his FBI accomplice have served time in federal prison for the very same kind of behavior exemplified by the anonymous individuals I've mentioned. They isinuate FRAUD like wavb aka grahamcracker did today on this board, and after I called him down on it, he said he didn't mean fraud in a legal sense???? What a bunch of CRAP, and if any of you are associtated with these individuals and believe what they are telling you, I would recommend that you distance yourself from them or risk being implicated in a real fraud.
