Malchom: Maybe you missed the part that says outlines a joint venture agreement. Ron: Does look like this puts them above any competition for the present. I cannot understand why some people are determined to see bad news in what is clearly a positive. I understand peoples frustration last week, but we are on a positive track now and the last news announcement since Friday are nothing but positive. It's good to look at all sides I know and I believe I do, but as far as I'm concerned, stating cash on hand, current debt, promise to buyback, and an agreement with Inovison is nothing but positive news. Sometimes it is hard to get back into the positive, especially when we were bombarded with negative for quite sometime, but now seeing and smelling the roses I must say I am happy with SEXI Linda
