I am not sure what to make of RLE.V from a fundamental basis.

It looks like there will be no regulation or standards on fracing for another 3 years from the EPA, so no one cares how the waste water is treated as long as it is economical and efficient from the industry side. It looks like over all capacity is the concern right now, not how it is done.

I know RLE.V has proprietary technology, but till tighter regulations come in to play it might not matter.

RLE.V is not really a pure play and it looks like the other side of their business and most of the company's current revenues is not making any money.

I also find VSE listed stock hard to trade. Even if this one is inter-listed on the AMEX not enough American firms cover it to make a difference. American investors are eventually needed to move this stock significantly higher as Canadian investors don't like as much risk.

I am treating this sector like a tech stock in terms of life cycle. Most of the easy money is made in the first 18 months to 36 months and after 3 years enough competitors have entered the market to put downward pricing on the service or commodity. I am guessing we are 6 to 9 month through the first part of the cycle. I am using the spin off PSN.TO as the starting point.
