BTW, that approach has worked REALLY WELL for me through the years. I've also been around a wide variety of people with various backgrounds and, frankly, skin color and dress aren't a very good indication of imminent criminal behavior.
And no, even if 1 in 1000 is a criminal, I'm not the guy who is going to treat 999 people like criminals before I even know them. Nor will I put someone in jail because of their color and dress - I NEED EVIDENCE.
