Terry, If you do get the chance to get an appointment into ZE, how about taking the opportunity to mention to them that we are in the process of gathering proxy votes so that we can bring some of concerns to the table in a united voice - last count is 266,000 shares that we have commitments from - i would like to get access to the shareholder list so that we can communicate some ideas/issue with them - can you request a copy of the shareholder list? We can all make our individual contributions here and if we all pull towards a common goal/objective - we can succeed. My assumption is that as we get our share count up - we can then get agreement on our issue(s) ie. a seat on the board - and make a push to make it happen. If you can get the shareholder list, that will really help out.
