REMOVE THIS THREAD PLEASE! I just thought it would be nice to have one thread for Diamond instead of two. Maybe they can merge them. MORE... Regarding the debate, Jonathan is obsessed with "unstable" drivers and customer complaints regarding Diamond to the point where it biases his opinions about everything and anything to do with the company. From an investment standpoint, the write-off of old stock and the release of new products leads me to believe they can improve on the $120,000,000 revenue of last quarter. Zealous management students notwithstanding, several respected analysts and companies like NEC appear to have total confidence in Diamond Multimedia. With a book value of just under $7 the stock has already been hammered; I would hardly suggest selling this stock prior to the next earnings report or prior to Comdex and the start of the xmas selling season. Diamond is on target to crush the $500,000,000 sales mark this year; anybody betting otherwise?
