The stock has become interesting to me as well. It seems that it is discounting litigation losses almost across the board. I find it hard to believe that the stock will be sitting at 27 when the USITC trial gets a verdict next February.

Sympathy to all of the longs though. Management has really done a spectacularly poor job of monetizing the company's IP.
