Betty, sorry I didn't see your subsequent post before my responding. Let me understand what is in your new post, in part: ... former IBM executive, confirmed that he is putting together two separate proposals to build production X-ray systems ... Are we to assume that those "proposals" for X-ray systems will materialize into XRL based factories spewing out production ICs in 1998 that will compete with DUV, as you stated in your earlier post?
