Hi... Forgive me for jumping back here, but to address the issue of insiders reporting on the status of their stock in the company: the Securities Act of '34 requires that if you are a director, officer or stockholder of more that 10% of any class of stock in a registered company...have to file with the exchange and the Commission within 10 days after the end of the month if there has been a change in his ownership. I'm studying for the CA bar, and love looking up legal questions if I have the time and references. It's a good way to study corporations and learn more about what I'm doing as a newbie investor. So ask, and if I have time, I'll answer. Barbara
