I believe the capex for the pipeline was estimated at $30M, of which Mart would have to pony up half of that. Estimated duration was 10-12 months for completion, which should buy us another 35K or so capacity. I'm not clear what you mean my "derisking" the company assets? It's kind of funny because I want to say I agree that is has been frustrating, but at the same time, I've owned this almost a year, and I'm sitting on a triple, so I'm not sure that's true. I guess what's frustrating is that I see sooooo much value in these guys that isn't yet being rewarded by the stock market, but I'm fairly confident that changes in the next 8 weeks or so.
