Jim,

Informing people that something positive is happening is a good thing. Telling us that we shouldn't call Brad because:

"you are wasting your time if he has not revealed any details to you about this plan then you, I guess are not in the Know",

serves absolutely no purposes in keeping shareholders united.

You stated your main reason in sending the email was "to give you confidence to at least hold through the end of the year". Exactly how does telling us the following give us that confidence?

1. that you can know something that is not insider information, but the rest of us can't know it
2. don't call the company because they won't tell you
3. don't call they company because it may hurt you personally getting information in the future

Perhaps your intentions were good, but somehow the way you presented it can be interpreted negatively. Some of us continue to do our own DD, which may include occasionally calling Brad and even visiting the company, along with evaluating the input provided by others. Unless it is insider information, I would expect the Investor Relations person from a company to have the same response/information for any investor. You have implied that is not the case with Brad and EUTO.
