It is related to the broader issue of danger. He's talking about avoiding danger and he doesn't even mention the much more dangerous situations. Tree, meet forest. Shoe laces, meet horizon. I get your are scared of people you know little to nothing about and embrace "hasty generalities." I get it. But for those who truly look at the data - they want to know about the real danger, not the danger the feudal lords fed you through their media. And, BTW, the well dressed, typically light skinned feudal lords are BY FAR the most dangerous thing you face. Like a good scientifically controlled subject, you don't talk about them much, if at all.
