I'm not much of a lawsuit guy unless I need to be but.................. If I had a lowball standing order to buy PG or another liquid large cap stock well below market and it filled in a market panic and then the trade was cancelled,- Well if it was a one off and only I got the price- maybe However, if orders were somewhat widely filled around that price, that would be another matter
