I subscribe to the Treasury's service notifying anyone who wants to know of the daily real interest rate yield curve. It has been negative for the 10 year bond for a very long time and slowly getting more so.

You can fiddle with the site. The ten year was slightly positive in September of last year, but it went negative again later and has been negative throughout 2012.
