Dear Paul,
I had been watching and posting to this thread from the days the stock was around $14 to now about $2 to $3. Regardless of what others had been doing to you on your last two postings, as another fellow intentor, I do agree with most part of your postings. So far, I had never invested or short the stock. Was I lucky.
Although I agree with Mr. David Andry (posting # 730) that many people had stopped contributing to this thread because of uncessary hostility and condesending dialogs, just like what you had said, I became less involved because I do not think my time will be well spent in this stock for the time being. Now, I only watch the case development occasionally at strategic dates to satisfy my self whether this stock will swim or sink. I do share the same feelings for those who had, about to or refuse to accept the agony of a financial shortfall. If you understand, you will not take the feelings personally.
Like I said in my previous postings, this case was never an augument about the invention or technology to begin with. There is no more passion left for the inventor, the invention nor the technology once the patent leaves the inventor's cradle. In the hands of a business license holder, many had already reach the conclusion that it is all about business $$$$$$$$$$ and nothing else. And in reality, to win, it's all about financial resources. I would only care to spend my time in founding out what financial ammo each side had left to sustain their legal strategies, bottom line and on-going-concerns. This stock is rated PG -- "professional" guidance is absolutly necessary. Never-the-less, I bet even the "professionals" may loss their shirt in this one for the time being.
To avoid getting shots again, please send me some information about your patent ventures you mentioned to my private e-mail address: pfa@microweb.com. Thanks for that in advance and I wish you best luck in the verdict. Please keep in touch.
