So why didnt Haslam take Novs appraisals to Landsafe ?

Or maybe he did but he explicitly mentions Superior now Streetlinks in his bio.

The broker who assisted me in my recent buy said that during the bubble, if you were willing to pay/finance the price; you could get it appraised at the number by someone.
