Tony Ebeyer - Chief Strategy Officer Tony founded Superior Appraisal Services in 1995 upon graduation from Purdue University. Superior was one of the first companies to offer a web-based client interface for ordering and tracking appraisal orders and rapidly grew to the largest direct appraisal provider in the Midwest. In 2003 Tony began developing a comprehensive software platform that makes the appraisal fulfillment process seamless to all involved parties. That software became the backbone for 2005's launch of PipeFire Lender Services, a world class Appraisal Management Company. PipeFire's cutting edge technology continues to drive StreetLinks' technology platform.
Tom Hurst - Executive Vice President Tom joined Superior Appraisal Services in 2002 as Senior Operating Officer after leaving the aviation industry. Tom was instrumental in the rapid growth of Superior with his involvement in strategic planning, marketing and sales. Upon formation of PipeFire Lender Services, his focus shifted to creating the operational support and infrastructure needed to implement the appraisal fulfillment services. Tom was responsible for securing PipeFire's first AFS customer and continues to focus on sales growth at StreetLinks. Tom is a licensed commercial pilot and a graduate of Indiana State University.
Chad Barker - Chief Operating Officer Chad joined Superior Appraisal (the forerunner of StreetLinks) in 1996 upon graduation from Indiana University. As a licensed appraiser and astute business developer, Chad was instrumental in the rapid expansion of Superior's client base while simultaneously building Superior's largest team of in-house appraisers. As the company diversified into a national appraisal management company, Chad helped to pioneer the best-of-breed processing and operations platform that differentiates StreetLinks from it's competition today. With a strong focus on business culture, exceptional customer service, and technological systems, Chad continues to execute the ongoing management needs of StreetLinks' unique appraisal quality and delivery platform.
Matthew Lautz, Chief Technology Officer
As Chief Technology Officer, Matthew Lautz is responsible for overseeing all software product development and infrastructure. With a ten year career in building and managing software companies, Lautz started his first software development company at the age of 16. Since, Lautz has held executive leadership roles in several technology and telecom related companies. Lautz most recently served as President of Corvisa LLC, a lending technology firm which was acquired by StreetLinks in 2010.
Mike Floyd - Chief Corporate Appraiser & SVP of Compliance Mike has been a licensed/certified appraiser for over a decade. He has personally completed more than 4,000 appraisal assignments. A founding member of Superior Appraisal Services (the forerunner of StreetLinks), Mike developed extensive quality control and appraisal review procedures that are recognized as industry best. His insight and experience contributed to Superior's development from a local appraisal firm into one of the largest direct appraisal providers in the Midwest. Today, as StreetLinks' Chief Corporate Appraiser, Mike ensures product quality, continuing vendor education and compliance to industry standards and specific client guidelines.
Kelly Taylor - SVP, National Sales Kelly has 20 years experience in the mortgage industry managing national retail branch systems, multiple location call centers, as well as large broker platforms. With a strong reputation in the industry for outstanding results in both sales and quality he was a perfect fit to assume national sales responsibility for StreetLinks. Having been a mortgage industry leading sales leader he brings a unique perspective to the Appraisal Management business as well as having a strong understanding of the issues facing today's mortgage sales leaders.
Paul Bradley - SVP Organizational Development A former StreetLinks customer, Paul joined the Sales and Operations team at StreetLinks because of the "Best-in-Class customer service, exceptional technology & entrepreneurial environment". Paul has been in the mortgage & housing related field for over 18 years; including positions as a loan officer, sales and operational manager, expanding Retail and Net branch operations across the country, and running large mortgage retail call centers. It's this understanding of every aspect of the lending cycle that allows Paul to understand each client's specific needs and assist with training and implementation.
Brian Brown - Vice President, Quality Control A veteran licensed appraiser, Brian has personally completed over 2,000 appraisal assignments. He joined Superior Appraisal (the forerunner of StreetLinks) in 2002 and has since analyzed more than 5,000 appraisals. Brian was instrumental in the development of StreetLinks' industry best quality control and appraisal underwriting procedures. Led by his experience, Brian's QC group forms the backbone of StreetLinks' operations team, delivering 100% hand checked, underwriter ready appraisals - the only national appraisal management company that can make that claim. Brian is a graduate of Marian College in Indianapolis.
